Hiddy ho Kiefer Lovers,
Well Proboards have enlisted rules and with the help of my left hand girl, we have come to an agreement for rules for this board.
Please take the time to read them and be aware that if the rules are broken or gone against, you will be sort after and asked to remove/edit what you may have posted, in some cases you may even be removed from the board. This may not be as much fun, but we have to keep within the order of Proboards. So without further a-do, here are the new rules.
1: Proboards states that all of their boards must be in English. The only exception is country names. There must be NO sentences in a foreign language. Sorry but this rule is out of our hands, it MUST be followed. This does NOT mean that we only accept on English/American nationals. We except people from ALL countries and ALL languages, only it has to be in English. If your English isn’t very good then do not worry, you are still very welcome to post, people will have to be tolerant of you. Sentences must show some form are grammatical structure. NO chat language may be used to create a whole post. Unless a foreign language has been used in a film/programme by Kiefer, then it is acceptable to quote him e.g. "De gustibus non disputandum est" from Desert Saints.
2: NO SPOILERS. Sorry but there is a mixture of Kiefer/24 fans here. Some live in countries where Season 3 of 24 hasn't aired. Remember others have not seen every single Kiefer movie. Please restrict 24 discussions to the appropriate folders. IF you wish to talk about something which happens in a lesser known Kiefer movies please warn people that your post contains spoilers. Use spoiler space accordingly eg:

3: No spamming! Do not post more than once in a thread, one after another, this is double posting. It looks unsightly and ruins the flow of the discussion. You DO NOT have to have a separate post for each one of your thoughts. If you remember that you forgot something after posting then please use the edit function and add it to the end of your post.
4: Treat other board members with respect. Everyone is entitled to freedom of speech. If you do not agree with something then please do not continue to express your point on the issue. The other person is allowed free speech also, they do not have to feel like their views are wrong. Just remember this board has members from all different background, cultures and life experiences. Have respect for this. If someone annoys you or a discussion annoys you, please try to avoid it. If somebody offends you then please contact the Admin with all details. They will then handle things. We do however ask that under NO circumstances are religion or politics to be brought into discussion here.
5: Do not post anything that can be considered sexist/racist/violent. These are Proboards rules. You all signed up to the rules when you created your account.
6: This board does contain a Private Messaging System (PM). This is where users can contact others with anything personal. This is the place to chat about things which are not appropriate on the main board. Please do not SPAM each other. If you PM someone and they do not reply then please do not continue to PM them. If you are the result of this then please contact the Admin who will warn the culprit.
7: Please do not create duplicate accounts. This is against Proboards rules. If you cannot remember your password, please contact the Admin who will be able to re-set your password. If you cannot remember your username, then you may create another account, but PLEASE make sure that you contact the Admin straight away so that the Admin can find your old account and delete it.
8: If you're going to ask a question of some kind, make sure it’s worthy of a discussion. Please take some time to search the board to see if your question has been answered – there is a search function on the board. As this board grows and grows many of the usual questions will have already been answered.
9: Please do not use the board as a place to advertise your own forums. There is a folder for this, please keep it there.
10: If you are posting content of Kiefer (probably a picture), then please try to post a link rather than a picture. DO NOT hotlink (post an actual picture) from www.Kiefer-rocks.com. Many sites do not allow hotlinking as this eats up their bandwidth and costs THEM money. If you are confused with this issue then please check with the Admin before you post.
11: If you want a picture signature in your post please keep it small. You may have a high speed internet connection, but not everyone does. What may take you seconds to download will take someone with Dial-up much, much longer. This detracts from the fun of the board for them.
12: If your posts are being moved/edited/deleted there is a reason for it. Please do not take it personally. This board is constantly growing and changing. Old posts need to be deleted. Some may not be in the right place and others may not be appropriate.
13: If you are new please could you take a few minutes to read these guidelines/rules and also introduce yourself. This will make you feel less nervous and makes it easier for you to join in with the discussion.
14. We will not allow Kiefer's home (or Ironworks) address, directions, telephone number, to be broadcasted on this forum please do not ask for it. Agents etc however is acceptable. This is for security reasons, and we don't want to get sued!
15. It would be appreciated that discussions over Kiefer's personal life, ie. sexuality, belief's, private habbits, not be discussed here. Its Kiefer's life, let the man have SOME privacy.
16. Please do not PM the moderators with questions asking for messages/love confessions/etc to be sent over to Kiefer, or anyone in connection with him. We do not know him personally, and will not pass any information onto someone he may or may not know personally or work with. This is in the best interest and respect of his privacy.
There are the rules, thanks for reading them, they weren't that bad were they? I'd appreciate that everyone follows them.
