Just got back from seeing this movie....its a little gory in places, but I'd recommend it to everyone.
Its a brilliant film, and Tom is wonderful in it....and I was a little surprised to see Billy Connelly in it too...I love him!!
Anyways, just thought I'd give a shoutout about the film and ask if any of you guys have seen it yet?

I havent seen it. However I usually make my mind up about films...
Thoughhav to ssay I dont like Tom Cruise films ahhaha...
I lov Japanese stuff tho, so would see it , but not pay money ahhahahaha who knows...
My film studies teacher is a pro film critic, he wasnt impressed at all, says it is a rip off of 'dances with wolves'. My mate seen it only on pirated copy, and she didnt think much of it...
The reviews in the film mags rave about it tho, personal preferance eh....

I have finally seen this movie. I do like Japanese culture . This film ws well done, but a bit extreme in parts especially the end..
It was good to see the quiet life when Tom's character was captures. But this isnt the best Japanese type film.
Billy was only in it a small time. Glad Iwatched it though.
